1. The service
OrderConfirmation.in, a product by KwikClick Checkout, lets ecommerce merchants send order-confirmation messages to their customers on WhatsApp and receive structured responses — confirmation, cancellation request or address update request. It is not a chat, marketing or customer-support service.
2. Merchant responsibilities
- Send messages only about genuine orders placed by the recipient.
- Obtain any consent required by law and honour opt-outs.
- Provide accurate order data and use responses lawfully.
- Make final fulfilment decisions; a customer response is a request, not an automatic action.
3. Acceptable use
Merchants must not use the service for promotional broadcasts, spam, unlawful content or messaging people who have not placed an order. Use must comply with the policies of the messaging platform and our Messaging Policy.
4. No affiliation or guarantees
OrderConfirmation.in is not affiliated with, endorsed or certified by WhatsApp or Meta. We do not guarantee message delivery, customer response rates or any specific business outcome.
5. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in the merchant's order form or plan. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. [Owner to confirm pricing terms.]
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding [period to be specified by owner].
7. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service as described in the applicable agreement. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city to be specified by owner] have jurisdiction.
