1. Who we are
OrderConfirmation.in is a product by KwikClick Checkout. When we process customer data on behalf of a merchant, the merchant decides why the data is used and we act on their instructions. For our own website and merchant accounts, we are responsible for the data.

2. Data we process
- Order details — order number, items, quantity, value and payment mode.
- Contact information — customer name and the mobile number provided at checkout.
- Delivery address — address, city, state and postal code, including any corrections the customer submits.
- Responses — the response chosen (confirm, cancellation request, address update request) and its time.
- Merchant & website data — business contact details and information submitted through our contact form.
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data only to send order-confirmation messages about an order the customer placed, record the customer's response, and make that response available to the merchant so they can decide on fulfilment. We do not use customer data for advertising or sell it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out to perform the purchase the customer requested from the merchant and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. [Owner to confirm with legal counsel.]
5. Sharing
Data is shared with the merchant the order belongs to and with service providers needed to deliver messages and host the service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. Retention
Order verification data is retained only as long as needed for the merchant's fulfilment and record-keeping, or as required by law. [Owner to specify retention period, e.g. a fixed number of days after order completion.]
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls, to protect data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Customers may also contact the merchant they ordered from. Requests can be sent to the contact details above.
9. Messaging opt-out
Customers can stop receiving order-confirmation messages at any time. See the Messaging Policy.
10. Changes and grievances
We may update this policy and will revise the date at the top. Grievances can be raised with our grievance officer using the contact details above.
